The journey of life has been quite an adventure,
And finding true friends is an absolute treasure.
Many come, many go, many float by,
But only a few grow.
They see you, they love you, they show that they care.
In life's darkest moments, they'll stand by in prayer.
They see you're crazy but it doesn't really matter
It just means there's more madness to add to the chatter.
Having you as my friend,
is as finding precious gold,
The daring, the dashing, the beautiful, the bold.
The one who laughs, loud and late,
The one who talks and talks without a break.
The one who has loved me
In my highs and lowest lows
Who my strengths and weaknesses knows.
For whom I wish the bestest of the best
Coz there's none like her
Standing far apart from the rest.
